As general manager, Asia Pacific, Mr. Badrinathan heads the development of PhoCusWright's business in the Asia Pacific region including strategy, syndicated research, custom engagements and conference activity. Mr. Badrinathan and his team of analysts based in India, China and Japan are focused on the rapidly changing travel distribution markets across Asia Pacific. Ram has authored several PhoCusWright reports: PhoCusWright's Indian Online Travel Overview, PhoCusWright's Australia/New Zealand Online Travel Overview and Asia Pacific Online Travel Marketplace Second Edition, among others. Ram has participated in strategic consulting engagements for global travel management companies, GDS market leaders and transaction services companies in Europe, North America and Asia and moderates the APAC panel at The PhoCusWright Conference. Well-known publications often quote Ram (including The Wall Street Journal, Straits Times Singapore, and Time) and he is frequently invited to address audiences at travel industry conferences. As director, business development, Mr. Bosselaar is responsible for the expansion of PhoCusWright's industry standard syndicated and custom research business. In addition, Cees specializes in destination marketing research and helping DMOs worldwide formulate and hone successful strategies. Cees joined PhoCusWright in February 2007 and is a 20-year veteran in the travel industry. He has wide-ranging, global experience in the air, hotel, car, cruise, and DMO segments. Prior to joining PhoCusWright, Cees served as vice president, marketing and sales in the international division of StarCite, the global meeting and event management company. Other previous positions were vice president, business development at Uniworld (Luxury River Cruises) in Los Angeles and director, North America for the Netherlands Board of Tourism in New York. He holds a BS degree in Marketing from the Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (The Netherlands) and an MBA degree in International Management from the Golden Gate University, San Francisco.

Ms. Buyer is responsible for accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting and analysis. She comes to PhoCusWright with over twenty years' experience in operations and accounting management. Prior to joining PhoCusWright, Trish oversaw retail operations for the Ethan Allen organization. She graduated from the College of William and Mary with a BS in Mathematics and received her MBA in Accounting from Western Connecticut State University. Trish resides in Sherman.

Ms. Campetti joined PhoCuswright in 2003 as office and database manager. Kristen began her career working at the company headquarters in the small town of Sherman, CT and relocated to New York City in 2006. Currently manager, client services, Kristen has many responsibilities including maintaining client relationships, coordinating logistics for speaking engagements, assisting with new and prospective clients and many others. She also helps to manage the New York office.
Kristen graduated cum laude from Western Connecticut State University in 2003 with a BS in Marketing. She now lives in Manhattan and enjoys exploring the city, and traveling to warm and exotic locations.

Pam's many responsibilities include Web site upkeep, liaising with the creative agency and advertising vendors, managing the development of marketing materials and messages, distributing information, coordinating communications so that clients keep abreast of new reports and happenings at PhoCusWright. Pam does a great job in keeping the multiple tasks for each project organized and on time to better serve all client needs. PhoCusWright is Pam’s first foray into the business world after taking time to stay home and raise two children.

Mr. Comeau joined the PhoCusWright team in November, 2007. As director, sales, Pete is responsible for growing PhoCusWright’s syndicated and custom research sales, focusing on intermediaries, technology companies, and media companies. He is also assigned to further increase PhoCusWright’s growing brand awareness through research and report sales to companies within the financial service industry, including investment banks, venture capital firms, hedge funds and consultancies. His mission is to introduce PhoCusWright to global companies who have an investment in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry in order to increase their ability to achieve their long term strategic objectives.
Comeau has worked in the travel and hospitality industry for over 10 years, most recently as a relationship manager at Orbitz Worldwide in Chicago, where he assisted in growing and managing accounts for the white label division. Prior to Orbitz, Comeau was the sales manager at Moguls Mountain Travel, a ski tour wholesaler in Boulder, CO. He helped design, implement and maintain four reservation systems during his tenure and managed and mentored a team of successful sales agents. Comeau holds an MBA from Daniels College of Business and graduated magna cum laude from Bowdoin College with a degree in government and economics.

Prior to her current position she was a certified marketing representative for A Second Opinion in New Jersey where she lives with her husband and two teenage daughters.

No stranger to the travel industry, Lori previously held a management role at Continental Airlines. She lives in Sherman, CT with her three sons.

Prior to PhoCusWright, Davian most recently worked for Moguls Mountain Travel (a Colorado-based custom ski tour operator) and Event Design Group (event planning and production). She counts travel, and its distribution, as a particularly fulfilling interest. Davian recently achieved a personal goal of visiting 30 countries by the age of 30. She has a BA in Art History from the University of Rochester, and currently resides in Colorado.

Before PhoCusWright, Carol spent seven years in investment banking marketing, and then switched careers to join the Wolf family lighting manufacturing business. Mr. Juman is a publishing and online content management specialist with broad experience in business writing and editing, editorial strategy and product development. In addition to having held editorial positions with Simon & Schuster and several business publishers, David was managing editor of the Official Tour Directory and has provided editorial consulting services to numerous companies in the U.S., the U.K., India and elsewhere. As editor, research and Learning Solutions, he writes and edits a variety of PhoCusWright materials, including articles, reports, white papers, presentations and press releases. As part of the company's Learning Solutions team, David also develops training and custom learning content for the travel, tourism and hospitality industry. David has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cornell University, and is currently based in Hyderabad, India.

Ms. Kaci joined the PhoCusWright team to spread knowledge of the company's products and services, and create partnerships throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. A position with REZSolutions—soon to become Pegasus Solutions—brought Florence from France to London. She held various hotel and distribution roles within Pegasus dealing with implementation, in-service delivery, sales, account management, increasing the Internet distribution channels portfolio and transaction volume, and connecting hotel groups in Europe with OTAs to improve partnerships. Most recently, Florence was director, sales and account management (supply and demand) for the EMEA region with Pegasus.
Florence's previous experience includes Starwood in Paris, a hotel group in Mauritius, and the French Tourism government office in New York City. She holds an MBA in tourism (management) from the ESCAET.

Mr. Kapoor joined PhoCusWright as a research associate in APAC to fulfill his desire to track online travel trends firsthand. He is also involved with building PhoCusWright’s Learning Solutions operations in the region. Prior to joining PhoCusWright, Chetan reported on various aspects of the industry for nearly three years, including attending a number local and international trade shows, conferences and interviewing key people of the trade, and was a journalist for Express TravelWorld, a leading Indian travel trade publication. A Bachelor of Mass Media graduate from the University of Mumbai (Bombay), Chetan enjoys jogging and has participated in four consecutive editions of the Mumbai Marathon. His other interests include meeting new people, discovering new cultures and cuisines, photography, reading up on social media, new technologies, treks and of course, traveling.

Ms. Lavenhar moved to PhoCusWright after seven years as the sponsorship director with Euromoney/IMN and previous client related and marketing roles. She splits her time between her home office and PhoCusWright's NYC and Sherman offices. Jennifer shares her life with her husband and two young boys, who all love to travel. She studied Theater at UMASS and Art History/Media Studies at NYU.

As director, event sales and marketing, Ms. Perry is responsible for the success of a number of projects including The PhoCusWright Conference. Tahnee leads the event sales team and facilitates numerous marketing programs. Prior to PhoCusWright, Tahnee spent eight years working with the Aspen/Snowmass ski resort—first as the senior sales manager for the Aspen Skiing Company and then as the director, marketing and technology at Stay Aspen Snowmass. In both roles, she developed innovative sales and marketing efforts and aligned community efforts to increase skier numbers. Tahnee graduated from the University of Canberra in Australia with a BA in Communications and moved to the United States in 2002. She now lives in New York City and runs most days in Central Park.

In addition to providing research and analysis, media relations and marketing services to leading travel technology companies, Douglas has served as director of marketing and communications for Atinera and as packaged travel and technology editor for Leisure Travel News. His articles have appeared in Travel Weekly, ASTA Agency Management, and Travel Counselor magazines. Douglas also conceived and oversaw Travel Technology News, a supplement to Leisure Travel News devoted to technology and the Internet in the leisure travel industry.

Gene has served on numerous boards of public and private companies and non-profits, and he has a background in venture capital, M&A, information technology, product development, marketing, and business development. Gene holds a BA from the University of Delaware and an

Patricia brings more than two decades of industry experience and expertise to this position. Prior to joining PhoCusWright, Patricia was ACTE's Latin America regional director, displaying a unique ability to expand operations and generate new business from influential thinkers and key decision-makers across the region. In January 2002, Patricia opened the TAM Brazilian Airlines office in Vienna, where she was responsible for direct sales and BSP growth in Austria and in Central European countries. She is trilingual in English, Spanish and German, and is also comfortable with Italian, basic French and advanced Portuguese. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. Patricia is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

As vice president, sales and marketing, Mr. Rosard is responsible for the sales growth of PhoCusWright's research, consulting and events line of businesses. Bruce also leads the marketing team and is responsible for managing the PhoCusWright brand both online and offline. He is also responsible for business development, primarily establishing relationships with trade associations, media companies and other synergistic partners that will benefit PhoCusWright's bottom line. Bruce's mission is to introduce travel, tourism and hospitality firms worldwide to PhoCusWright and to work with those firms to increase their ability to achieve their long term objectives. Prior to PhoCusWright, Bruce was founder, president and CEO of Moguls Mountain Travel (Boulder, CO), a ski tour wholesaler and pioneer in the e-commerce travel market. After establishing the company's first Web site in 1994, he architected the development of KARS, a proprietary online booking and tour management system. He is also credited with creating long-term strategic alliances with major online travel providers and was a founding and long-time board member of SkiTops (the Ski Tour Operators Association). Bruce is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Connecticut with a BS in marketing.
