Dedicate a day during ITB Berlin to building your network with fellow bloggers and engaging in open conversation about blogging in the travel industry. The PhoCusWright Bloggers Summit has become a popular and lively part of PhoCusWright@ITB and will again draw leading travel bloggers to Berlin to blog, tweet, network and share techniques, strategies and more. The 2010 Bloggers Summit takes place on Thursday, 11 March (following Wednesday's PhoCusWright@ITB conference).

A limited number of complimentary tickets are available. A Blogger Pass provides access to the Bloggers Summit program, the PhoCusWright@ITB conference as well as admission to the entire ITB Berlin Convention.

Accredited bloggers receive free access to:

  • PhoCusWright@ITB and the Tnooz #tcamp3 on 10 March
  • ITB Berlin and the ITB Berlin Convention during all days (10-14 March)
  • Exclusive Bloggers Summit Town Hall with Philip Wolf, president and CEO of PhoCusWright—this will be an intimate gathering for thought provoking conversation of current travel market trends
  • Bloggers interactive meeting and idea sharing
  • Two insightful workshops to discuss key trends in travel and the role of bloggers in the online travel economy. The workshops are guided by a panel of leading bloggers from around the world. These workshops are open to all ITB Berlin attendees

Accredited Bloggers are determined by PhoCusWright. The following criteria will form the basis of the decision making, but exceptions may apply:

  • Qualified bloggers will be tied to the industry, either by working for or consulting for the travel industry.
  • How often a blogger posts: minimum of one post per week.
  • A content review of the blog.
  • Alexa rankings may be utilized.
